HGH Reconstitution Calculator
Use this free HGH reconstitution calculator to see how much to pull on your U-100 insulin syringe after you mix your vial—IU dose, units, and mL in plain numbers. Works with standard U-100 syringes (100 units = 1 mL). Handy for checking your math, not for medical advice

How to Use the HGH Calculator
Use this HGH calculator to find the concentration after reconstitution and convert your target dose from IU into the correct number of U-100 insulin syringe units to draw.
Step 1: Choose Your Syringe Size
Pick the U-100 insulin syringe size you have. U-100 means 100 units = 1 mL.
Step 2: Select the Vial Amount
Choose the IU content of your HGH vial (e.g., 10 IU, 15 IU, or 20 IU), or use Other for a custom amount.
Step 3: Enter Water Added
Enter the volume of bacteriostatic water you added when reconstituting. This sets the final concentration.
Step 4: Choose Your Dose
Select your desired dose in IU. The calculator shows concentration, IU per syringe unit, and the exact draw amount in units and mL.
Tip: Using less bacteriostatic water makes a stronger solution, so you need fewer syringe units for the same IU dose.
What is HGH?
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that supports growth, metabolism, and tissue repair. In research and clinical settings, it is commonly discussed for its roles in body composition, recovery, and cellular regeneration.
HGH is typically supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and must be mixed with bacteriostatic water before it can be drawn and injected. The reconstituted solution is measured in International Units (IU) rather than milligrams.
After reconstitution, the IU dose must be converted into the correct number of U-100 insulin syringe units. That conversion depends on:
- The total IU content of the vial
- The volume of bacteriostatic water used for reconstitution
- The desired dose in IU per injection
The HGH dosage calculator on this page performs that conversion, so you can determine concentration, IU per syringe unit, and the exact draw volume in units and mL.
